I wouldn’t call this a failure at all.

What an absolute success in defining whats important to you; trying something that many others will never have the courage to do and will only keep dreaming of through the hazy and false lens that is Instagram.

I remember my 3 month semi van life/camping tour experience in 1999 which I will never regret although it was clearly not compatible with my goals in the long term. But it did clarify which pieces are important to me (the short duration camping part!).
