Pick any large city. Pick any age group. Sadly we’re likely to see the same thing.

No-one seems to talk about this before we take the leap. And by then it’s too late. Financial flexibility is a skill set that’s sadly not talked about often enough.

For every repetitive “How I made a 6 figure income in my 20s” there should be at least the same extolling the virtues of a salary which enables the life you want to lead. Not the other way round.
